英文邮件开头结尾写法
首先是开头,有的可能会写dear,就是D-E-A-R。然后又没有句号,又没有逗号,然后直接就说啊,附件是什么东西。其实不是,我们知道在中国,很多朋友会说,亲爱的,哦,这个是正常,可是在英语邮件里这个不专业不专业。
所以不应该单独说dear,应该是Dear Sara,或者Dear John。Right,特别如果是比较正式的邮件,那你dear的d是大的字体,Dear,空格,Sara,S-A-R-A,然后记得那个名字之后马上要有一个逗号,而且Sara和逗号之间应该没有空格。So,Dear,空格,Sara,马上是个逗号,你再空一格,之后你才开始写你的内容。
其次是结尾,我自己经常用的结尾是Kind regards,Kind是K-I-N-D那个K是大写,空格,regards,R-E-G-A-R-D-S,那个r是小写,记得regards之后马上有一个逗号,所以regards和逗号中间不要有空格,然后你的名字就写在第二行。
Kind regards或者regards是最专业的。就是从一个职场专业度来说,有的朋友写,Sincerely,可是Sincerely不是很Sincer听上去。Best regards有点太过分了,记得专业,职场专业就是要neutral,就不要太过分的热情等等,要专业。
